We are looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service team member to join our established Industrial and Electrical Supply Distribution Company.

Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8 hour days with flexible start hours between 7:00am - 5:00pm we are a B2B business.

We offer competitive pay, Paid holidays, no weekends or nights. We've been serving the Chicagoland area for over 40 years, and are looking for an inside sales/customer service member to add to our team.

You will be responsible for fielding incoming customer sales calls, and incoming email product requests. You will also need to contact existing vendors to get any help needed to satisfy the customer's request.

Computer Skills are a must-have, you must also be able to communicate with both customers and vendors both verbally and through emails.

We compete with Companies like Grainger, MSC, and McMaster Carr. So if you know their product lines that will be a big plus.

Responsibilities include: Counter sales, entering quotes, product research, and vendor sourcing. Knowledge of Assembly, Machining, Packaging, Electrical and Industrial Supplies.

Qualifications: CNC Machining or Tool room experience a plus. Bilingual abilities in Spanish helpful but not required. The right candidate should have the ability to multitask, good communication and negotiation skills.
